Corey and I are in Boston on a ridiculously long (and self inflicted) layover before our flight overseas. I managed to work out a way to fly business class with my British Airways frequent flyer miles for our long flight from Boston to Dublin on Aer Lingus, but that also means we have 50 flights total both ways. We shall see if it was actually a good idea the long run. So that means we are sitting in the business class lounge trying to act fancy but the jig is probably up (most likely due to our sweatpants and overexcitement at the free cookies and drinks). I am delighted to finally be able to read books for hours without guilt and have decided that calories consumed on vacation clearly do not count, so am probably going to have 3 desserts a day. Totally reasonable, right? We will be in Paris tomorrow, which I still don’t think has quite sunk in. I will try to post on Instagram when I can (if you haven’t been following Megan you’ve been missing out on some serious England beauty), but I am also super excited because we have some of our favorite blog friends posting next week in our absence. Be sure to check back in because it is going to be good. I hope you all have a wonderful weekend! Au revoir!
A still from Midnight in Paris which is probably my favorite Woody Allen movie. Makes me look forward to getting lost in the rain.
Wait, did I just read that right- 50 flights?! That has to be a record. How many hours are you traveling for?? So jealous, dying to be in Paris right about now!
Hahaha no Kristen it’s not actually 50 – it’s 4. Which is basically the same thing :).
Have a WONDERFUL time away and soak up every minute of it! You deserve a nice long break! xo
